Mates of the Burlington Public Library to carry collection of small book gross sales

Instead of their traditional three-day fall book sale, the Friends of the Burlington Public Library will host a series of seven smaller sales, with each sale featuring specific categories of books.

The sale takes place on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Create Space next to the library lobby. There are no member preview sales or last day sales.

The number of people in the room at one time is limited and there is no seating available for buyers. The friends ask shoppers to limit their time to 30 minutes or less so that more people can shop. Buyers must wear face masks while selling. As always, sales are only made in cash or by check.
